Specially selected parcels of Chardonnay across Central Victoria. The grapes were harvested in the cool of the night to preserve the fresh fruit flavors and delicate aromas. Each parcel was cool fermented separately in stainless steel and partially aged in French oak; to create a captivating aroma of peaches and grapefruit, combine with the subtle hint of oak lingering in the background.
