The 100% brick oven-roasted Highlands agave spends 18 months in American oak whiskey barrels. The aging results in a taste that is smooth, refined and still agave-forward. It has a caramel, coconut, toasted oak fragrance. On the palate, caramel and coconut with chocolate, tobacco and tropical fruit notes, and a sweet, yet spicy finish.
