The Story
Arturo Vaccari captured the spirit of Italy with a perfectly balanced blend of Mediterranean and exotic botanicals, all sourced and blended in their natural form. These include juniper berries, caraway seed cloves, cardamon, sandalwood, star anise, cinnamon, sage, thyme, mint, lavender and Madagascar vanilla. Galliano Autentico is created by using multiple macerations and distillations. It’s blended from nine component parts, several being highly complex themselves. The intricacy of the final recipe of Galliano Authentico remains a guarded secret to this day.
Color: Brilliant, acid-yellow golden colour with green tinges.
Aroma: Reminiscent of Tic-Tac peppermint sweets with hints of anise, juniper and delicate vanilla.
Taste: Anise and peppermint come to the fore. Explodes with fresh herbs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and citrus.
Finish: Lingering smooth vanilla and refreshing peppermint and spice.
