The bouquet is intriguing, profound and smoky, with deep, dark notes of sour cherry. The palate is dextrous, with red, blue and black fruit notes complemented by juniper, sage and bracken, and an earthy note and wet stone. This is complex, with a sense of restraint, density and finesse.
